Is there a way to include or exclude multiple transactions at once?

Objective At the end of this article, you should be able to both include and exclude one or more transactions within your Forwardly account.

You can include or exclude multiple transactions by filtering either by Chart of Account (COA) or by Contact. Once filtered, you can bulk exclude or include transactions. 

Find Similar Transactions in Chart of Accounts

  1. In the tabular view, find the Chart of Account and click on the amount.

  2. In the pop-up window, click Show Similar Transactions.

  3. Select one or more transactions along the right-hand side of the pop-up to include or exclude them in one go.

Find Similar Transactions for Contacts

  1. In the tabular view, select the contact.
  2. Click on the amount beside that contact.
  3. In the pop-up window, click Show Similar Transactions.

  4. Select one or more transactions along the right-hand side of the pop-up to include or exclude them in one go.
