The short answer is: it depends.
Each company you connect to Forwardly will onboard in a different duration, depending on the size and complexity of the financial information. You might see a QBO or Xero business take anywhere from 30 seconds to five minutes; on the other hand, Sage and Dynamics might take up to ten or even fifteen minutes. A safe benchmark figure would be around fifteen minutes.

Why isn't onboarding instant?
Forwardly brings in a lot of data from the accounting software in order to provide insights and advanced forecasting tools. In order to create accurate cash flow predictions, it's important to bring in date-independent data points as well as data with long date ranges.
