Forwardly sends an email each time you send a request for payment. This message contains essential information for the payee, including:
- The payee's name
- The payee's email address
- The payment request reference number
- The payment due date
- The amount due
- A reason or description for the requested payment (optional)
To the email, we also attach a PDF invoice including the same details, as well as information like the company addresses (for both payer and payee).
