Currently, you cannot create new invoices on the Forwardly platform. We fetch your outstanding invoices and bills directly from the connected accounting software. If you have just created an invoice in your accounting software, you can manually sync your accounting data with Forwardly by clicking on the Sync button. Once the sync completes, please refresh the page before requesting payments from your customers.
Tip: You can check all of your transaction history with Forwardly on your payments dashboard under Invoices or Bills.
