If you're adding additional users to your business, at some point, you may need to remove their access. Forwardly makes this simple.
Remove User Access for a Team Member
- Open the business you would like to remove access from.
- Click on Business Settings on the sidebar navigation.
- Open the Users section.
- Under Manage Users, select the My Team tab.
- Under the Active sub-tab, find the team member you would like to deny access to and click on Deny.
- On the pop-up warning, click Yes.

Remove User Access for an Other User
- Open the business you would like to remove access from.
- Click on Business Settings on the sidebar navigation.
- Open the Users section.
- Under Manage Users, select the Other Users tab.
- Under the Active sub-tab, find the team member you would like to deny access to and click on Deny.
- On the pop-up warning, click Yes.
Reminder: You can give someone access again by clicking on the Allow icon on the Users page found in the Business Settings menu. |
