In order to combat fraud, we require two-factor authentication to send a payment. You are responsible for all payments approved and sent using your User ID and password. We may be able to request a return of funds but cannot guarantee that we will retrieve them. Once the funds are delivered to the recipient, it becomes challenging to recover them, and you will be responsible for that payment. If you think that someone else sent payment using your User ID and password, please contact us immediately.
Tip: Choose a complex password that uses a mixture of numbers and letters. Avoid dates such as birthdays or anniversaries, and update your password regularly. |
Criminals may attempt to impersonate your supplier to trick you into paying them. Please don't rely on an email from your supplier giving you updated banking information. We highly suggest you call your supplier to confirm any changes to their name, address, or banking instructions. We will never contact you to request any changes to your Payee information.
Warning: Do not share your User ID and password with anyone else. We will never contact you to ask for your User ID or password. |
