Yes, there are some requirements that all Payers must meet to be able to pay instantly. Our system automatically analyzes associated business data and approves set amounts for each Payer. These set amounts are reassessed periodically.
What if my Payer doesn't qualify for instant payments?
If your Payer's instant payment limit isn't high enough to cover a payment, then the payment will go through our standard payment timeline. This may take anywhere from a few hours to one business day to deposit in the Payee's bank account.
How can I improve my limits?
Payers with full personal and business documents on file tend to have higher approved amounts for instant payments. If you still need to upload all of your documents, please do so.
Users can also submit a ticket for a manual limit extension review. We may be able to increase the instant payment limits for a Payer based on additional information and documentation.
