- The business documentation did not match the submitted information.
- A safety check showed potential fraud risk.
- Insufficient public details about your business.
- Your account or a connected business violated Forwardly’s Terms of Service.
When an account is locked or a business is suspended, any pending transactions are canceled and returned in accordance with our Terms of Service. If you think your account was locked accidentally, please submit a ticket for further review.
