Eligibility

To be eligible for the Giveaway, the person must:

• Open to accounting and bookkeeping firms based in the United States.
• Participants must be 18 years or older and authorized representatives of their firm.
• One entry is allowed per firm.

Entry Period & Selection

• Entries must be submitted via the provided form by February 28, 2025.
• Winners will be selected and announced in March 2025.

Reward & Delivery

•  Each winning firm will receive a team pizza delivery, valued up to $500 based on firm size.
• Pizza will be delivered to the firm's chosen location on their preferred date during the 2025 tax season. 
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. 

General Terms

Forwardly reserves the right to extend, modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway at any time for any reason without notice. Forwardly is not responsible for any late, lost, misdirected, or undeliverable entries or for any technical errors or malfunctions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of Forwardly, which are final and binding in all respects. Our standard terms relating to your use of Forwardly and any agreements that apply to your Forwardly account each apply and will not be affected in any way by this offer.

By accepting a Prize Giveaway, you agree to allow us to promote your name and business name, as well as your reason for entry as a winner for marketing and advertising purposes. Any social posts made by an Eligible Client about the giveaway may be used in perpetuity by Forwardly.
