The Forwardly AI Agent continuously monitors your invoices and bills to identify irregular patterns or anomalies. This feature helps prevent duplicate payments, catches unexpected vendor changes, and flags potential cash flow disruptions before they occur.
What the Forwardly AI Agent does
- Invoice anomalies: Detects unusual or irregular bills and duplicate invoices before they are processed.
- Behavioral shifts: Identifies changes in vendor or customer payment patterns and recurring trends.
- Payment risks: Flags potential delays that could strain vendor relationships or impact cash flow.
- Network trends: Surfaces automated insights across the Forwardly Business Network to eliminate manual reporting.
How to access Forwardly AI Agent insights
The AI Agent is active by default for all businesses on the Forwardly Business Network.
- Log in to your Forwardly account.
- Navigate to either Invoice Payments or Bills.
- Review the Insights section for any proactively flagged anomalies or trends.
There is no manual setup required. The AI Agent runs in the background to highlight data-driven insights as they are detected.
Can I report good or bad insights?
Absolutely! Each insight has a thumbs up and thumbs down symbol. Use these to rate the insights and help us continue improving.
