After you've excluded data from the cash flow area, you may want to add it back at some point.
Add Excluded Transactions Back to a Cash Flow Forecast
- Go to the Cash Flow area.
- Click on the options menu beside either the Cash In or Cash Out sections.
- Select View Excluded Transactions.
- Choose the transaction type.
- Cash In: Invoices, Income, or Other.
- Cash Out: Bills, Expenses, or Other.
- Find the specific transaction.
- Use the toggle to include the transaction back into the forecast.
- Click on the X to close the menu.
Add Excluded Contacts Back to a Cash Flow Forecast
- Go to the Cash Flow area.
- Click on the options menu beside either the Cash In or Cash Out sections.
- Select Manage Contacts.
- Find the specific contact.
- Use the toggle to include the contact back into the forecast.
- Click Done.
Add Excluded Chart of Accounts Back to a Cash Flow Forecast
- Go to the Cash Flow section.
- Click on the options menu beside either the Cash In or Cash Out sections.
- Select Manage Chart of Accounts.
- Find the specific account.
- Use the toggle to include the account back into the forecast.
- Click Done.
