Forwardly is updating its pricing model to better reflect the real-time value we deliver and the significant investments made in our platform to support seamless business payments. These changes will go into effect on November 1st, 2025.
Over the summer, we launched a major redesign of the Forwardly app, introducing over 150 new features and enhancements to help you manage payments faster, more securely, and with better control. You can view a full list of recent updates here.
We are not adding a subscription fee or restricting access to any features. You will still have full access to Forwardly’s core tools, faster payment capabilities, and accounting integrations. What is changing is how payment processing is priced, based on speed and delivery method.
What’s changing

New multi-speed payment pricing
Bank payment fees will now vary depending on the speed you choose, including options for standard ACH, same-day ACH, next-day ACH, and instant payments. -
Updated bank payment fee caps
Transaction fee caps are being raised slightly to reflect rising operational costs. Our faster payment rates remain highly competitive compared to other platforms to keep costs economical. -
Businesses get 10 free standard ACH bank payments per month
Every free business account will now get 10 free ACH bank transfers per month; five outgoing and five incoming. -
Free same-day ACH is being phased out
These payments will now follow the updated fee structure. -
Option to pass processing fees to clients and vendors
You will have the flexibility to choose whether your business or the recipient covers the transaction fees. -
Special pricing for high-volume users
If you process 500 or more payments or over 6-figures per month, you may qualify for custom volume-based pricing. Reach out to us to discuss options.

1 The scheduling deadline for non-instant bank payments is 11:00 am PT | 2:00 pm ET from Monday to Friday (not including bank holidays).

Automatic payment updates
For businesses currently receiving Auto Payments to their business, all payments from November 1st, 2025, will default to Next-Day ACH or Standard ACH, depending on your business’s access to faster payment options. This ensures that costs stay the same as our previous pricing.
