By joining Forwardly’s Affiliate or Referral Program, you agree to follow Forwardly’s Terms of Service (https://www.forwardly.com/terms) and Privacy Policy (https://www.forwardly.com/privacy). Your participation in the program is conditional upon your full compliance with these policies at all times.
Affiliates must represent Forwardly accurately and may not engage in misleading, deceptive, spam-based, or unlawful marketing practices. Forwardly reserves the right to suspend or terminate an affiliate’s participation at its sole discretion if promotional activity is non-compliant, harmful, or inconsistent with Forwardly’s brand or standards.
All referral payouts and commissions are subject to Forwardly’s program rules. Referral credit only applies to valid transactions between the referred business and independent third parties. Transactions involving the affiliate’s own company do not qualify toward payout thresholds or commission calculations. This includes payments to and from the affiliate’s own business or any business under their ownership or control.
A referral business’s Forwardly account must be in good standing at the time the reward is issued. This means the referred business must maintain an active account, complete required verifications, and meet Forwardly’s eligibility criteria for transacting on the platform. Accounts that are inactive, suspended, under review for compliance issues, or otherwise not meeting Forwardly’s operational requirements will not qualify for referral rewards until those issues are resolved. Forwardly reserves the right to determine account standing and eligibility based on its internal policies, compliance standards, and ongoing risk assessments. In the event of any dispute, Forwardly will have the sole authority to make the final determination on whether or not an affiliate reward is due.
By participating in the program, you confirm that you have reviewed, understood, and accepted these terms, and you acknowledge that Forwardly may update the program or modify eligibility requirements from time to time. Continued participation indicates acceptance of any updated terms.
Affiliate referral tier overview and qualification criteria
Forwardly affiliate payouts are tied to specific milestones achieved by the businesses you refer. Each tier reflects a meaningful step in adoption, verification, and payment activity on the Forwardly platform.
Forwardly operates as a US domestic cash flow management platform. Referral eligibility, payouts, and thresholds are assessed accordingly.
Verified Sign Up
A Verified Sign Up event is achieved when a referred user:
- Successfully creates a Forwardly account
- Verifies their email address
- Verifies their phone number
This tier confirms the authenticity of the user and their intent to explore the platform.
Non-US signups may qualify for a reduced payout or may not qualify for a payout at all, as Forwardly only supports US-based businesses and payments. Eligibility is determined at Forwardly’s discretion based on country, completeness of verification, and platform requirements.
Verified Business
A Verified Business milestone is reached when a referred user adds a business, which also:
- Successfully submits required ownership and beneficial owner information
- Completes Forwardly’s business verification
- Passes identity verification for required owners or controllers
This tier confirms that the referred business is verified and approved to use Forwardly’s payment services.
Launched Payments
A Launched Payments milestone is met when a referred and verified business:
- Successfully sends or receives at least $1,000 in payments using Forwardly
- Completes payments with more than one unique business, such as vendors or clients
This tier indicates the business has moved beyond initial setup and is actively beginning to use Forwardly.
Established Payments
An Established Payments milestone is reached when the business:
- Successfully sends or receives at least $10,000 in payments using Forwardly
- Completes payments with more than three unique businesses, such as vendors or clients
This reflects a stable payment workflow with Forwardly rather than one-off or test transactions.
Growing Payments
A Growing Payments tier applies when the business:
- Successfully sends or receives at least $50,000 in payments using Forwardly
- Completes payments with more than six unique businesses, such as vendors or clients
This tier signals expanding usage and deeper Forwardly adoption.
Scaling Payments
The Scaling Payments tier represents advanced platform usage and is achieved when the business:
- Successfully sends or receives at least $100,000 in payments using Forwardly
- Completes payments with more than fifteen (15) unique businesses, such as vendors or clients
This tier is intended to recognize businesses operating at a meaningful scale on Forwardly.
Additional notes
- All activity must comply with Forwardly’s Terms of Service, acceptable use policies, and Forwardly Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions.
- Transaction thresholds include total payment volume sent or received through Forwardly.
- Unique businesses are defined as distinct vendors or clients successfully transacted with.
- Forwardly reserves the right to review, approve, or deny affiliate payouts based on fraud prevention, compliance, and platform integrity standards.
