Running your books on Intuit Enterprise Suite (IES)? Connecting it to Forwardly takes just a few minutes; authorize through Intuit's secure sign-in flow, confirm your company, and you're set.
| Reminder: Intuit Enterprise Suite is a separate Intuit product from QuickBooks Online, but the connection flow will feel familiar if you've connected QBO before, since both use Intuit's authorization process. |
How to prepare to connect your business to Intuit Enterprise Suite on Forwardly
Before connecting Forwardly with Intuit Enterprise Suite, make sure you have:
- An active Forwardly account.
- Access to your Intuit Enterprise Suite account.
- Permission to access the specific IES company you want to connect.
- Your Intuit sign-in credentials on-hand.
| Tip: If you're not sure which Intuit account has access to your IES company, check with whoever manages your Intuit admin settings before starting the connection. |
Connect your business on Forwardly to Intuit Enterprise Suite
- Sign in to Forwardly.
- Go to Settings, then Integrations.
- Locate Intuit Enterprise Suite and select Connect.
- On Intuit's secure authorization page, sign in with your Intuit account when prompted.
- Review the access Forwardly is requesting, then select the option to authorize or allow access.
- You'll be redirected back to Forwardly once authorization is complete.
- Review the company information Forwardly displays, select the company you want to connect, then select Connect.
Once confirmed, your IES company is connected to Forwardly, and the connection appears under Settings, then Integrations.

Troubleshooting your Intuit Enterprise Suite connection
If your connection fails, re-verify the following details:
- Are you signing in with an Intuit account that has access to the intended company?
- If you cancelled the Intuit authorization partway through, try starting the connection again from Forwardly.
- If your company isn't showing up, confirm your Intuit account has access to it, and that your Intuit user profile has explicit administrative access to that specific subsidiary inside IES.
- If the wrong company is displayed, don't complete the connection. Return to the Intuit authorization flow, confirm you're using the right Intuit account, and double-check the company name and business address before continuing.
If you've re-checked all details and the connection is still failing, please submit a ticket to speak with our team.
