If you're adding users to your business, at some point, you may need to remove their access. Forwardly makes this simple.
Remove a user from a business
- Click on Settings on the left sidebar navigation.
- Open Users & Roles, and then Users.
- Find the user on the list, select the options button beside their name under Action, then select Remove User from the dropdown menu.
- Select Confirm to revoke all access to the business.
If you want to update someone's permissions instead of removing them from the business, you can also change their user role instead to one with fewer (or more) permissions.
Update a user's role in a business
- Click on Settings on the left sidebar navigation.
- Open Users & Roles, and then Users.
- Find the user on the list, select the options button beside their name under Action, then select Change Role from the dropdown menu.
- Under Assign a Role, select a new Role for the user from the dropdown menu.
- Click Update to save your changes.
