It's easy to give someone access to a business by adding a new user. If you've already added them as a team member (for accountants only) it's even easier.
No matter what, it's only going to take seconds from login. So let's take a look at how simple it is.

Add a new user to a business
- Log in to Forwardly.
- Select the business you want to add a user to on your Business List. You can use the search bar if you have a lot of businesses added.
- Go to Business Settings on the left-hand navigation bar.
- Go to Business Users.
- Enter the name and email address of the user you want to add.
- Select their permission level.
- Click Send Invite.
Add a team member to a business
- Log in to Forwardly.
- Select the business you want to add a user to on your Business List. You can use the search bar if you have a lot of businesses added.
- Go to Business Settings on the left-hand navigation bar.
- Go to Business Users.
- Find your team member in the list and select the checkmark beside them.
Reminder: Don't see your team member on the list? Make sure to add them to your team first. - Select their permission level.
- Click Allow Access.
