While Forwardly does send automated reminders periodically, if you have sent an invoice or payment request and your client hasn't paid yet, Forwardly makes it easy to track and send reminders with Activity Logs. You can view a requested payment's Activity Log and send a reminder by following these steps:
- On the left-hand navigation bar, click on Get Paid.
- Select Invoice Payments.
- Mouse over the requested payment in the list, and click View on the right-hand side of the screen.
- On the bottom right of the screen, you'll see Activity Logs, including when the payment was initially requested, as well as when any reminders have been sent.
- If it's been a while since the last reminder, then you can click Send a Reminder to send a reminder email to the email listed under the Customer Details area.
- Whichever user sends a reminder will be logged under the Activity Logs, along with the time and date that the reminder was sent.
