For the majority of cases, your client does not need to create a Forwardly account to sent a payment.
Client can typically send bank payments and pay by card without signing up for anything related to Forwardly. Once you send a payment request, they’ll get an email with the details and a secure link to enter their banking or card information if they haven’t already. That’s it.
If your client does choose to create a free Forwardly account, they’ll be able to:
- Track payments in real time
- Update their business's banking details
- Access a full payment history
But it’s totally optional. Forwardly is built to make payments easy for both sides.
Warning: In the event that a payment triggers additional compliance checks, your client may be required to add additional business information in order to accept the payment.
