Yes, you can add up to three additional email addresses to be CC’d on payment requests, invoices, and other communications sent through Forwardly.
These emails will automatically be copied on all outgoing messages related to that business. This is a great way to keep finance teams, assistants, or secondary contacts in the loop.
| Reminder: If you used express migration to add your customers or vendors, you can add additional contact emails whenever you need to. However, if you need to remove or change the primary contact email for a client, you will need to contact Forwardly support. |
How to add CC’d emails for a customer
- On the left-hand navigation bar, click on Get Paid and then Customers.
- Mouse over the customer and click View.
- Under the Details tab, click Edit.
- Under the existing email, click Additional email.
- Enter up to three additional email addresses.
- Click Save to save your changes.
