You can disconnect Sage Intacct from Forwardly at any time directly from your Forwardly account. To disconnect the integration:
- Open Settings.
- Click on Integrations.
- Select Sage Intacct.
- Choose Disconnect and Confirm to complete the process.
When you disconnect from Forwardly:
- Forwardly’s access to Sage Intacct is immediately revoked.
- All future data syncing between the two systems stops.
- No data in Sage Intacct is deleted or changed.
| Reminder: Disconnecting the Sage Intacct integration does not delete invoices, bills, or payments, does not affect historical accounting data, and does not cancel or reverse completed payments. All historical records remain intact in Sage Intacct. |
How do I completely disconnect Forwardly from Sage Intacct?
For a complete and clean disconnection, Forwardly recommends performing the following actions in Sage Intacct after disconnecting within Forwardly.
Remove the authorized application (Mandatory)
- Go to Company, then Setup, Company Information, and Security.
- Click Edit and find Authorized Client Applications.
- Select Forwardly, choose Remove / Revoke, and confirm.
Remove the installed webhook triggers (Mandatory)
- Go to Platform Services and click on Triggers.
- Locate Forwardly Webhook Triggers.
- Select Action “Delete” for each trigger.
Remove the installed application package (Optional)
- Log in to Sage Intacct.
- Go to Platform Services and click on Applications.
- Locate Forwardly Webhook Triggers.
- Uncheck Deployed.
Following all three stages of manual disconnection ensures that the Forwardly application package is no longer active. This fully removes Forwardly’s authorization from Sage Intacct.
| Tip: You can reconnect Sage Intacct to Forwardly at any time from Forwardly. Reconnecting follows the same authorization steps as the initial setup. |
