For every business, we require ownership information for any owner holding more than 25% of the business, as we are legally required to collect their personal information from them. Those owners will receive an email with instructions on how to securely provide their personal details and any necessary documents.
In the event that a business is owned by another business, then you can submit the ownership details of the owners of the business holding ownership, and our compliance team will follow up to collect the necessary documents for verification.
