To connect Campfire with Forwardly, you'll need to create an API key in Campfire first, then enter it in Forwardly. Setup takes about 5 minutes and is a one-time process.

How to prepare to connect your business to Campfire on Forwardly
Create an API key for Forwardly in Campfire
Before connecting Forwardly with Campfire, you'll need to create an API key in your Campfire account.
- Log in to Campfire.
- Go to Settings, then API Keys.
- Click New API Key.
- Enter a name for the API key, such as "Forwardly."
- Select Admin as the role.
- Keep Entity Access set to All Entities.
- Click Create API Key.
- Copy the generated API key and keep it somewhere secure.

Connect your business on Forwardly to Campfire
Now that you've created your API key in Campfire, it's time to finish connecting your business on Forwardly.
- Open the Campfire integration in Forwardly.
- Enter your Campfire API Key.
- Select I have completed the Campfire setup steps above.
- Click Continue.
Once you complete these steps, Campfire and Forwardly should be fully synced.
Troubleshooting your Campfire connection
If your connection fails, re-verify the following details:
- Was the API key copied correctly, with no extra spaces?
- Was the API key created with the Admin role?
- Is Entity Access set to All Entities?
- Has the API key been revoked in Campfire?
