How do I disconnect or remove my Campfire Integration with Forwardly?

You can disconnect your Campfire integration from Forwardly at any time.

1. Open Settings.
2. Click on Integrations.
3. Select Campfire.
4. Choose Disconnect and Confirm to complete the process.

Disconnecting in Forwardly does not revoke the API key in Campfire; that has to be done separately in Campfire.

How to permanently revoke Forwardly's access in Campfire

To fully remove Forwardly's access to Campfire, revoke the API key on the Campfire side:

1. Go to Settings, then API Keys in Campfire.
2. Find the API key created for Forwardly.
3. Click Revoke Token.

Once revoked, Forwardly can no longer use that key to access Campfire.

How to reconnect Campfire and Forwardly after revoking a Campfire API key

If you've revoked your API key and want to reconnect Campfire, follow the same steps as the original connection: create a new API key in Campfire and enter it in Forwardly.
