When Forwardly delivers a payment, we know it's important for both the sender and the receiver to know who and where it came from.
How Forwardly payments appear on bank and credit card statements
What you see when you send a payment
When you send a payment with Forwardly, your bank or credit card statement should display the name of the vendor you've sent the payment to, along with Forwardly's name. We also send out any invoice or bill reference number attached to the payment in Forwardly.
Each receiving bank processes and displays this information differently on its statements. Some banks exclude certain information entirely, so you may only see that the payment was sent via Forwardly instead of seeing your vendor's name and a reference number.
