Absolutely! Scheduling payments on Forwardly is an easy way to ensure that your bills and expenses are paid on time without the hassle of manually paying bills every time. All you need to do is select a date in the future when choosing to send a bill payment.
Can I reschedule a payment?
It's absolutely each to reschedule future payments on Forwardly, as long as they're not processing yet.
- On the left-hand navigation bar, click on Pay and then Bill Payments.
- Click on the Payments tab.
- Mouse over the bill you want to reschedule and click View.
- Click Reschedule.
- Confirm the account or card to pay from, and update the Process Date.
- Add an Internal Remark, which won't be shared with your vendor but will be visible in the Activity Logs to users with View or Manage permissions for Payments from your business.
- Click Reschedule.
