How to update team access to a client's business on Forwardly
As they say, more hands make less work. Update multiple team members' access to a single business at once with these steps.
- In the left-hand navigation bar, open the Clients area.
- Under Active Clients, search for your client's business name. If your client isn't there, make sure to add them.
- Select the dots on the right-hand side of the business to open the Options menu.
- Choose Assign Team Member.
- From your team list, check which team members you would like to assign to the business.
- For each team member, select a role from the existing business roles.
- Click Confirm Assignment.
How to update a team member's access to multiple client businesses on Forwardly
If you have a new team member and want to assign them to several businesses
- In the left-hand navigation bar, open the Team area.
- Find your team member and select the dots on the right-hand side to open the Options menu.
- Choose Assign Client(s).
- From your client list, check which businesses you would like to assign access to for this team member.
- For each client business, select a role from the existing business roles.
- Click Confirm Assignment.
