Yes. You can invite your vendor to securely add and manage their own banking information in Forwardly. In fact, this is recommended for security reasons, as it helps avoid sharing or handling sensitive banking details within your business.
To send an invitation to manage banking information:
- Go to Pay > Vendors.
- Find your vendor on the vendor list, mouse over their business and click View.
- Click Ask Vendor to add banking information
Your vendor will receive a secure invitation to enter their banking details themselves. This keeps their information private and reduces the risk of errors or miscommunication.
