For the majority of cases, your vendor does not need to create a Forwardly account to get paid.
Vendors can typically receive bank payments without signing up for anything related to Forwardly. Once you send a payment, they’ll get an email with the details and a secure link to enter their banking information if they haven’t already. That’s it.
If your vendor does choose to create a free Forwardly account, they’ll be able to:
- Track payments in real time
- Update their business's banking details
- Access a full payment history
But it’s totally optional. Forwardly is built to make payments easy for both sides.
