Can I update my phone number?

Yes. To update your phone number, simply update it in account settings and verify the new number. 

1. In the top right-hand corner, click on the profile options box (your initials). 
2. Select User Profile. 
3. Beside Mobile Number, click the pencil icon. 
4. Replace the old number with your new number and press enter. 
5. Verify the new phone number. 

What if I no longer have access to my old phone number?

If you no longer have access to the verified phone number on your account, you will need to contact our support team to request a change. Please note that for security purposes, you will be required to verify your identity before the update can be processed. This process can take multiple business days, so we always recommend updating your phone number while you still have access to the original number. 

If you no longer have access to your phone number, submit a support ticket, and our team will assist you.
