You can disconnect Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central from Forwardly at any time directly from your Forwardly account. To disconnect the integration:
- Open Settings.
- Click on Integrations.
- Select Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Choose Disconnect and Confirm to complete the process.
When you disconnect from Forwardly:
- Forwardly’s access to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is immediately revoked.
- All future data syncing between the two systems stops.
- No data in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is deleted or changed.

How do I completely disconnect Forwardly from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central?
To fully revoke Forwardly's access to your business in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, you'll also need to disable the application in Business Central and revoke its permissions in Microsoft Entra ID.
- Sign in to Business Central.
- Search for Microsoft Entra Applications.
- Open the Forwardly application.
- Change the State to Disabled.
- Sign in to the Microsoft Entra admin center.
- Go to Entra ID, then Enterprise apps, then All applications, and select the Forwardly application.
- Go to Permissions.
- Open the Admin consent tab and select the relevant permission.
- Choose Revoke permission.
Following all steps of manual disconnection ensures that the Forwardly application package is no longer active. This fully removes Forwardly’s authorization from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
