An originator ID, sometimes called ACH ID or Company ID, are unique numbers given to companies that debit (or withdraw) via ACH from your bank account. Some banks prevent companies from debiting bank accounts until the bank has been provided with the Originator ID. While filtering originator IDs is a great way for banks to prevent unwanted withdrawals, it can sometimes prevent Forwardly from debiting your bank account to make an authorized payment.
What do I do with an originator ID?
Before making a payment with Forwardly, you should contact your bank and let them know that you have approved Forwardly to debit your bank account. Then, give them our ACH ID.
Here is Forwardly's Originator ID:

After you've provided our IDs to your bank once, you won't need to do it again.
What happens if my bank blocks a payment because I haven't provided Forwardly's Originator ID?
In the event of a payment failure, our standard payment failure fees will apply.
