Forwardly includes a self-driving AI-powered Bill Payment Inbox that makes it easier to collect, review, and process bills automatically. The inbox extracts details like vendor, due date, and total amounts, so you can spend less time on data entry and more time managing your payments and cash flow. Enabling your inbox is simple.
- On the left-hand navigational menu, mouse over Pay and then select Bill Payments.
- Click Enable to enable your Bill Payment Inbox.
- Once enabled, you’ll be able to copy a dedicated email address for your business, which you can forward emails to or directly provide to your vendors.
How your Bill Inbox works
When it comes to paying bills, Forwardly makes it easy for businesses. You can upload files directly into your inbox on Forwardly or email them to your dedicated business email, which is provided after enabling the Inbox. Supported formats for files are PDF, PNG, JPEG, and JPG, up to 15 MB each.
Forwardly will intelligently scan the document, capture the key bill details, and automatically prepare it for your review within seconds. You’ll be able to edit, approve, or schedule the payment immediately.
