How can I pause or turn off emails from Forwardly?

We try and make it easy to manage the emails your business receives from Forwardly. Here's how to unsubscribe from two types of emails. 

Weekly Financial Update Emails

To unsubscribe from your business's Weekly Financial Update, you can easily update your preferences in Forwardly.

1. Log in to Forwardly and select your business from the dashboard. 
2. Open your Business Settings.
3. Open Email Notifications.
4. Select the button beside Weekly Financial Update under Unsubscribed. 

Marketing Emails

Are you receiving emails about Forwardly's products and services that you'd rather not see anymore? All Forwardly marketing emails include a footer with links that say "Unsubscribe" or "Manage Preferences." Click either link and follow the steps to remove your email address from any future marketing emails. Note: this won't unsubscribe you from any payment or account-related emails, including the Weekly Financial Update. To unsubscribe from the Weekly Financial Update, follow the steps in the section above.
