Why can't I log into my Forwardly account?

If you're having trouble logging into your Forwardly account, the issue can be easily resolved by tracing back to your original sign-up method. 

Common issues when signing in

• While Forwardly does support most VPNs, some may cause friction and errors when logging in. If you're experiencing login errors and have a VPN enabled, try turning it off and attempting to log in again. 
• Users may forget that they signed up using Single Sign-On (SSO) and, as a result, experience an error when they try to sign in with an email and password.
• Likewise, users may try to log in via SSO when they originally created their account using their email and a unique password. In this case, they will not be able to sign into their original account using SSO. 
• Your account may be locked for one of the reasons listed here. 

Signing in with your username and password

1. Go to the Forwardly sign-in page.
2. Enter your email address.
3. Enter your unique password.
4. Sign in to your Forwardly account.

Signing in with Intuit

1. Go to the Forwardly sign-in page.
2. Click on Sign in with Intuit.
3. Follow the prompts to log into Forwardly.

Signing in with Xero

1. Go to the Forwardly sign-in page.
2. Click on Sign in with Xero.
3. Follow the prompts to log into Forwardly.

"System Error"

"Login Failed"

1. Clear the browser cache and cookies on your computer.
2. Ensure that the correct email address is being used.
3. Make sure you are using the correct password.
