Yes. If you've recently switched banks and closed your old account, you can easily archive your old bank account so that it's no longer visible.
- On the left-hand navigation bar, click on Settings.
- Select Payment Methods, and then Bank Account.
- Click the three-dot button under Action for the bank you want to archive.
- Click Archive.
| Reminder: A bank account cannot be archived if it is your primary bank account or if it is currently being used for active auto payment agreements or card payment payouts. You will need to update or cancel those before the account can be archived. |
| Warning: Archiving a bank account is permanent. Once removed, the bank account will no longer be visible or accessible on your account. To use it again, you'll need to add it as a new bank account. |
Why was my bank account archive request rejected?
If your archive request was rejected, it is likely because the bank account is still in use. This happens when the account is linked to one or more active auto payment agreements, or when it is set as the payout account for card payments.
To resolve this, update your active auto payment agreements to use a different bank account and confirm that the account is no longer set for card payment payouts, then try archiving again.
